From a night train to the moon: new worlds, new targets and an increasingly unreasonable musical emergency.
One man just wants to play his didgeridoo. Unfortunately, half the universe is flying at him. Your job? Do not let him lose his temper.
Didgeridoo Man is an absurd comedy arcade game: aim with your mouse and shoot down flying objects while the man keeps playing. Hits build combos. Misses make him angry. And an “explosive performance” is unfortunately quite literal.
Easy to understand. Hard to keep a straight face.
From a night train to the moon: new worlds, new targets and an increasingly unreasonable musical emergency.
Random songs, changing worlds and difficulty levels. “One more round” is not a schedule.
Hit targets together, cover each other and keep the music alive. Shared chaos is still chaos.
Friendship is nice. A better score is nice too. Face other players online.
Not recreated scenes. This actually happens in the game.
That is genuinely how it started. A friend of Justin wanted a website with exactly that scene. So Justin built it. Just for a laugh.
That little joke grew into flying targets, tantrums, new worlds and eventually an entire game. No grand master plan. Just a hill, a didgeridoo and the dangerous question: “What if …?”
The result is now called Didgeridoo Man. The man is still there. Everything else has escalated slightly.
Move your mouse onto the flying targets. You do not play the instrument. You handle everything getting in the way.
Click targets, collect hits and build combos. Successful hits calm the man down; misses raise his rage.
Full rage means an explosion. In solo, an escaped target also ends your run. In co-op, mistakes cost lives.
On Steam. Visit the store page for the current release date, price and system requirements. You can add the game to your wishlist there too.
Music is a big part of the experience. Your task is aiming and clicking, though – no note highway and no prescribed button sequence to play on the beat.
Both. Campaign and Endless are solo modes. Online, work together in co-op or compete against other players in PvP.
Misses raise his rage. At full rage he explodes. In solo, letting a target escape also ends the run. He takes his concert very seriously.
